Well, I got my first request. Guess what it was.

    And please you did! Those are some sexy cars...makes me want to play GT5 now. Also, just fyi, I run 4 days a week, usually High Intensity Interval Training sessions. A 1 to 3 effort to rest ratio, generally about 10-12 reps of the sprint. Feel free to use any info or workouts I post on my Blog!

    I'm not a big fan of the super cars, but the it's hard to hate on a Lamborghini. It's not that I don't appreciate super cars, it's just that I'm more of a fan of sleepers. A fine piece of machinery nonetheless.
